About Us

JPR Environmental Ltd. specialise in the management and landscaping of projects for the benefit of wildlife.

The company was originally formed in 2000 to supply wetland plants and willow products for landscaping and use in the garden.

The director, John Robinthwaite has been involved in wetland and wildlife management for the past 15 years, having worked for the BTCV and the Wildfowl & Wetland Trust in Slimbridge.

It wasn't long before local environmental consultants were calling on the new company to draw on John's experience, to undertake one-off projects that included pond creation and protected species mitigation. This side of the business soon grew to provide nationwide wildlife landscaping services such as protected species work, wildlife surveys, habitat management and erosion control.

It continues to flourish and as of Autumn 2004 our wildlife landscaping work will operate as JPR Environmental.

JPR Environmental is a member of the Constructed Wetland Association

JPR Environmental is also a CHAS registered contractor. CHAS is the government's Health and Safety Assessment Scheme for Contractors. For more information go to http://www.chas.gov.uk/.
